STOP THE CBD SCAMS

The CBD is the subject of an intense commercial war between producers, distributors and retailers, pushing some to cross the line in terms of legality and transparency. Among the main "scams and swindles" in the CBD, the lie about CBD levels and the percentage of THC present in hemp flowers is a scourge for the cannabidiol, and even cannabis, economic sector in a more global framework. So what about the percentages and CBD/THC ratio put forward by cannabidiol shops? Why such differences in percentages?

THE TRUTH AND SCIENTIFIC LIMITS OF THE CBD/THC RATIO IN CANNABIS FLOWERS:

The THC/CBD ratio present in a cannabis flower is :  1/20 on average, 1/30 in some cases, and why not 1/40 for the best genetics and indoor cultures... beyond that, it's a dream. Since the legal rate admitted in France and in the European Union is of 0,20% maximum of THC not to be considered as a narcotic product, and that this THC/CBD ratio has a maximum limit, it is thus enough to carry out a simple calculation :

CBD 4% – THC 0,20% 0,20 x 20 = 4 1/20 Ratio CBD / THC : le vrai du faux dans les pourcentages 3this ratio is the norm in the CBD
CBD 6% – THC 0,20% 0,20 x 30 = 6 1/30 Ratio CBD / THC : le vrai du faux dans les pourcentages 3this is the ratio of a very high quality flower
CBD 8% – THC 0,20% 0,20 x 40 = 8 1/40 Ratio CBD / THC : le vrai du faux dans les pourcentages 3This ratio comes from exceptional genetics and indoor cultivation
CBD 20% – THC 0,20% 0,20 x 100 = 20  1/100 Ratio CBD / THC : le vrai du faux dans les pourcentages 6this ratio is simply impossible in reality, therefore false.

Faced with such a scenario (unrealistic flower CBD/THC ratio), two solutions are possible: either the data obtained on the laboratory certificate has been faked, or these flowers contain about 1% THC (because 1 x 0.20 = 20 so 20% CBD for 1% THC seems scientifically more logical).

HYPOTHESIS 1 - THE DATA OF THE INDEPENDENT CERTIFICATE IS FALSIFIED: HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?

In reality, it is very easy for unscrupulous sellers to defraud their customers by falsifying the data of analyses delivered by independent laboratories which are also victims of falsifications. So how is this possible? All the CBD supplier has to do is spray his dried cannabis flower with a soluble solution enriched with cannabidiol to significantly increase the level of CBD that will be found during the laboratory analysis. But don't dream, you as a customer or professional will receive flowers without further spraying, and therefore without the expected and promised CBD level ... It is also possible to carry out this manipulation with solid, pure CBD crystals.
